Returns received within 20 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, and in its original condition. We are happy to exchange, or refund, if returned during this time period.
Items that have bled, or shrunk as a result of your washing them, are not our responsibility, and are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, and therefore are not returnable. Final Sale items will be clearly marked as Final Sale in the product description, shopping cart, your confirmation, and packing slip. Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size, color, and design. We go to great lengths to provide you with exceptional service. In the event that an error has occurred, and you were shipped the wrong item, size, color, etc. we apologize. Please contact us at CustomerService@fashionablymine.com, so that we can arrange proper return procedures. All shipping costs involved in returning the item, and re-shipment of correct item are the responsibility of and will be paid for by FashionablyMine.com
How to Return:
All returns must have a RA # (Return Authorization number). E-Mail us at returns@fashionablymine.com to receive an RA#. Merchandise must be in its original condition, hasn’t been worn, hasn’t been washed, and hasn’t been used. Further more, all tags, swingtags, ribbons, must be intact, and have not been removed. Item should be neatly folded and placed in the bag in which it came in.
It is highly recommended that no deodorant or perfumes are worn, when trying on your purchase. Markings or scents on returned items will most likely make the item not eligible for a refund, exchange or return.
We take great steps to ensure that your purchase arrives with you in perfect shape, and hope that you will do the same. We recommend that you pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and have it taped securely. Please include your packing slip, and a brief explanation for the return. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping box. May we also suggest that you insure the package and/or have it tracked. We are not responsible, should your package get lost or damaged.
Items returned past 20 days, or are not in their original condition, will be returned to you at your expense.
If no RA# on the outside of the box, we will refuse the package at delivery, and it will be returned to you, at your expense.
Shipping returned merchandise costs are at your expense. We do not accept COD (Charge on Delivery), or freight collect.
Shipping charges incurred on exchanges, will be charged to original purchaser on record, unless otherwise indicated.
