What is my product's availability?
All items that are found in our online store are in stock and ready to ship to you. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by phone first, and if we cannot reach you, via email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.
What payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
There is no sales tax charged for all orders outside of California. California orders will be charged 9.0%, as required by law.
Are there any handling fees?
We will NEVER charge you any handling or processing fees. Shipping is based strictly on total package weight, and your chosen shipping method
When will my credit card be charged?
All credit cards are billed at the time of shipment.
How do I know my order has been placed?
We will process your order the same day it was received (depending on the time of day), or the next day. You will receive an e-mail notification once the order has been successfully placed with the details of your order. How do I place and order offline or can I call it in?
We would be happy to accommodate our customer’s needs. Simply contact us by phone 415-935-6585. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours. In addition, you can shop on the site and then print out an Order Form, and fax it toll free at: 866-732-0781, or even do a wire transfer.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Before completing the checkout process, you can review your shopping cart items and add or delete items from your shopping cart. Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you’d like to cancel your order before shipping, you will have to contact us immediately by phone: 415-935-6585, or send us an URGENT e-mail to customerservice@fashionablymine.com, and please be sure to mention the cancelation or change in the Subject Line of the e-mail.
