• How do I apply my Nundies?
1. Take out a pair of pants or shorts.
2. Without wearing underwear, pull your pants up half-way.
3. Take out one Nundies and peel off the bottom half of the liner.
4. Smooth the bottom half of the Nundies, sticky side down, onto the inside crotch of the pants in the desired location. (The tulips go in the front).
5. Peel off the top half of the liner (with the petals) while smoothing out the rest of the Nundies onto your pants.
6. Zip up and you’re done.
• What kind of clothing can Nundies be used on?
Nundies are intended to use on most blends of jeans, pants and shorts.
• Nundies No-No’s
1. Nundies should not be flushed. Please dispose of in trash receptacle.
2. Do not adhere Nundies to your skin.
3. Do not wear a Nundie for more than one day.
4. Remove before washing a garment.
5. Nundies are not intended for use as sanitary napkins or for swimming.
